Refund/Returns and Shipping Policy


First and foremost, we would like to bring it your kind attention that we are a print on order process-based company. The artist’s print designs are sent to a print provider and when you place an order via our website, the printing process is automatically processed by the manufacturer.

So, as a print-on-demand process integrated company Kriyas Collection, does not support returns and exchangesSince products are printed only once ordered, returns are not accepted for reasons such as wrong size, color, or buyer’s sudden change in decision.

However, if there is a problem with the product, a free reprint or refund (either one) can be requested within 30 days of delivery, along with photo proof and the same will be verified based on your complaint and processed further.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery time within 5-7 working days .
